Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Knowledge of: all aspects of building facility services; procedures and methods used in the cleaning, grounds keeping, safety, repair, and maintenance of buildings; principles and practices of effective supervision and budget preparation; basic audio-visual equipment; security and cameras.
