Two to five years of general maintenance experience, including minor electrical, plumbing, and carpentry; or equivalent combination of training, education, and experience. | Complete assigned work orders in a timely manner and communicate work order status via designated business process. Performs installation and preventative maintenance of commercial refrigeration, including chillers, boilers, cooling towers, air handlers, and pumps. Maintains, repairs and installs plumbing systems for city facilities to include toilets, urinals, faucets, drinking fountains, shut-off valves, etc. p>Essential Functions: - Assist Property Manager and Facilities Manager as needed including building inspections, procuring bids, managing vendors, building operations, and projects.
- Working knowledge of operation for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, locks and keys, drive up equipment, vault doors, time locks, and bank security equipment.
p>Essential Functions: - Observes, inspects, adjusts, operates, monitors, and maintains remote well site equipment, well pumps, booster stations, gates, valves, analyzers, chlorine injection stations, reservoirs, tank sites, and sewer lift stations in accordance with established procedures.
- Any employee operating a motor vehicle on City business must possess and retain a current, valid State of Arizona class-appropriate driver's license, complete all required training, and successfully pass all necessary driver's license record checks.
