Energy is looking to hire a Facilities Technician II is an intermediate-level role responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing facility systems and equipment within a high-tech manufacturing environment. Restore facility systems to operational status, including electrical distribution, air compressors, chillers, vacuum pumps, HVAC systems, and thermal processing equipment (e.g., RTO systems).
li> Mechanical areas to include operation and maintenance of multiple components within the HVAC system, plumbing installation/maintenance, generator operations, fire detection and suppression, life safety, temperature control systems, building management systems, and digital systems (including fire alarm, duress, card access, CCTV). Work includes installation, repair, and maintenance of critical and non-critical mechanical and/or electrical machinery and controls located in the interior and exterior of building.
