· Knowledge of safety procedures as they relate to general maintenance operations
· OSHA training/certification
· First Aid & CPR training
· Ability to safely operate motor vehicles
· Boom/scissor lift training
· Forklift certification
· Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate information
· Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness

· Monitors, evaluates, and reports ongoing status of facilities, buildings, and equipment to ensure that they meet or exceed operational requirements
· Determines timely, efficient, and cost-effective maintenance methods to ensure alignment with organizational needs
· Manages and monitors costs by auditing invoices in effort to meet budgetary guidelines
· Communicates with contractors and vendors regarding service requirements, costs, etc.
