li>Monitor, maintain, repair and carry out the maintenance programs on the hotel's support equipment including but not limited to boilers, cooling towers, pumps, compressors, domestic water systems, water testing, HVAC, deli equipment and kitchen equipment.
The Engineer Apprentice supports the hotel's Engineering Department by assisting with the monitoring, maintenance, repair, and installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems throughout the property.
