ā¢Oversees the coordination of building space allocation and layout, communication services, and facility expansion.
ā¢Plans, budgets, and schedules facility modifications.
ā¢Inspects construction and installation progress on facility related projects.
ā¢Initiates planned maintenance programs for a variety of building systems.
ā¢Responsible for developing and administering the facilities master plan, this will include a condition assessment of all major building components and structures.
