li>Additional responsibilities include maintaining instruments in excellent working order, performing regular quality assurance checks, interfacing with technical service personnel from the various vendors, conducting training sessions for new users and advising users on optimizing imaging protocols, keeping billing records, keeping current with the latest information in a rapidly developing field of research, generating monthly invoices, and providing customer assistance.
This role oversees a state-of-the art service facility by performing a broad range of complex laboratory and research related assessments and self-evaluations, acting as a specialist on laboratory methods and equipment functions, performing a variety of tests requiring a high degree of proficiency, troubleshooting problems and recommending solutions, evaluating experiment results using complex statistical and multivariate analysis.
