Our client is a well-established general contractor with a long history of delivering high-quality construction projects across the region. This company provides comprehensive construction management services and has built a strong reputation through long-standing client relationships, quality workmanship, and a commitment to doing things the right way.

Our client is seeking a Construction Project Manager to take ownership of projects from preconstruction through completion. This individual will be responsible for managing project schedules, costs, contracts, documentation, quality, safety, and relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Job Details
  • 5+ years of construction Project Management experience preferred.
  • Experience managing commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Experience with healthcare, K-12 education, judicial facilities, or similar commercial projects preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred, but not required.
  • Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications.
  • Experience managing project schedules, budgets, cost projections, and financial performance.
  • Strong understanding of owner contracts and subcontract agreements, including scope, terms, responsibilities, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience managing submittals, RFIs, change orders, pay applications, billing procedures, and project documentation.
  • Strong understanding of claims, notifications, insurance requirements, and changes in scope.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, P6, Procore, iAuditor, and Bluebeam preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining project schedule, budget, quality, and safety.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to hold teams and subcontractors accountable.
  • Ability to maintain a consistent presence at the assigned workplace and on active project sites.
  • Valid driver's license required.
