Eight (8) or more years of progressively responsible IT experience, including at least four (4) years of formal supervision, managing teams, and multi-functional operations in an enterprise environment; Demonstrated experience leading organizational change, building service culture, and delivering measurable performance improvements; higher education or other complex, mission-driven institutional setting strongly preferred. Deep understanding of enterprise IT service delivery, including ITSM frameworks, change management, incident response, and broad technical literacy across infrastructure, enterprise applications, end-user services, and educational technology.
