The System will generally, upon request, provide appropriate aids and services leading to effective communication for qualified persons with disabilities so they can participate equally in the System's programs, services, and activities, including qualified sign language interpreters, assistive listening devices, documents in Braille, and other ways of making communications accessible to people who have speech, hearing, or vision impairments. The Executive Assistant to the Chancellor performs a variety of specialized, complex, and confidential administrative assistance duties of the highest level of responsibility, confidentially, and sensitivity for the Chancellor and manages the administrative operations of the Chancellor's Office.
