This position requires strong communication between warehouse managers, vendors and in store Product Demonstrators including participation in new location grand openings. Club Demonstration Services (CDS) is in need of an Event Manager responsible for the recruitment, hiring and supervision of in store Product Demonstrators.

The Complex Event Manager is responsible for coordinating, supervising assigned group business turned over by the sales department, throughout and through the closure of the event and subsequent financial aspects of the program, while maintaining profitable operations and high-quality products and service levels. • Administrative Tasks • Create and manage weekly staff schedules, balancing workload efficiently within budgetary constraints in collaboration with Project Managers, Producers, and other stakeholders.

Ability to work in a dynamic event environment that may include exposure to loud noise levels, theatrical lighting (including strobe effects), frequent radio and phone communication, and environmental conditions such as dust, grease, smoke, fumes, noxious odors, gases, and potential mechanical and electrical hazards. Monitor and maintain department inventory and event-related equipment, including but not limited tables, chairs, cushion covers, table skirts, office radios, portable lighting console monitors, ensuring readiness and proper utilization.

Typically requires the ability to spend 66%+ hours each work day doing the following activities: engage in considerable physical activity, ability to lift and/or push up to 50 pounds, stand on feet for long periods of time, use products or cook food as appropriate for the demonstration, and may be required to work in extremely cold conditions (i.e. refrigerated and freezer sections). p>• BS/BA or 1+ years of Encore or equivalent experience required • 1 year technology sales or hospitality experience preferred • Prior sales experience in audiovisual is a plus • Knowledge of hospitality industry and sales processes preferred • Technical aptitude and computer proficiency required • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Create an inviting socialized experience for all guests in the area by encouraging the gaming public to participate in all casino related drawings and promotions.

Communicate accurate information to guests regarding hours of operation, Hotel services, directions to local attractions or function rooms, car rentals, airline shuttle service, etc.
