This role partners closely with Sales Manager, Culinary, and Restaurant Leadership teams to provide an exceptional guest experience from event handoff through completion. BASIC FUNCTION: The Event Resource Manager is responsible for overseeing the delivery methods for assigned programs on-site from pre-planning to materials receiving/inventory/shipping, technology and room set for Programs/Events/Meetings.
