This role partners closely with Sales Manager, Culinary, and Restaurant Leadership teams to provide an exceptional guest experience from event handoff through completion. This role owns all event details after booking, including room setup, seating plans, event timelines, staffing coordination, menu arrangements, and day-of execution.

• Execute high-quality events: Manage event documentation, facilitate seamless transitions throughout the pre-event, event, and post-event phases of events, and serve as the primary client contact to ensure smooth execution, proactive issue resolution, and an exceptional event experience. As a Events Manager, you're not just overseeing all aspects of event planning and execution - you're spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

The Weekend & Event Manager leads our weekend operations—birthday parties, Friday & Saturday Night Out events, and front desk activities—ensuring smooth execution, great customer service, and a positive team culture. Win Kids is a premier sports and activity center offering classes, parties, and events that inspire children to move, learn, and grow in a fun, safe environment.

2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 1 year experience in the event management, food and beverage, sales and marketing, or related professional area. Assists in developing working relationships with outside vendors and establishing prices and service agreements to enhance the event experience and to increase additional revenue opportunities for the property as needed.
