glycol systems, Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair all commercial gas and electric kitchen equipment including, but not limited to, washers, dryers' fryers, steamers, and ovens such as pressure cookers, tilt skillets, commercial dish machines, combi-ovens, microwaves, stoves and conveyor type ovens, broilers, and espresso machines. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair all refrigeration equipment including, but not limited to coolers, freezers, rack systems, water, air cooled and self-contained ice machines, ice cream machines, and keg coolers.
