Independently perform duties of the metal processing trade including fabrication, repair, sandblasting, cleaning, sanding, power washing, priming, staining, painting, chemical processing, silk screening, and applying markings to newly constructed or repaired equipment and furnishings received from FAA shops. Tasks include a variety of industrial skills including painting, stenciling, silk screening, cleaning, metal finishing (sandblasting, chemical etching, alodining), and plastic and fiberglass services of mechanical, electrical, electro-mechanical, and electronic parts, assemblies, and subassemblies.
