Customer Service Representative

Please note that this job is 100% onsite in Lakewood, CO.

LHH Recruitment Solutions (LHH) is partnering with a leading company to fill their open Customer Service Representative job in Lakewood, CO. To qualify, you must have at least 2 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role. This is a TEMP-TO-HIRE job opportunity where you will earn between $18.00 and $22.00 per hour. You will also be able to sign up for LHH's benefits programs during the temporary period (details below).

Responsibilities:

  • Providing excellent customer service over phone, e-mail, and in person
  • Processing and tracking sales orders in the database
  • Managing all sale-related documents
  • Updating customers of order status updates
  • Monitoring inventory
  • All other related tasks as required

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Fluency in Spanish preferred

Compensation:

  • Hourly rate between $18.00 and $22.00
