Duties include but are not limited to: communicating proactively with funders to ascertain upcoming grant requirements and deadlines and to pitch proposal scopes; conducting independent research to develop application materials; writing letters of intent; technical, management, and budget narratives; developing and reviewing budget documents; writing programmatic and financial reports; facilitating and participating in collaborative writing and review processes, including giving and receiving feedback on proposal content in a professional manner that supports the best possible outcomes for the Agency; and creating/gathering a wide variety of attachments in the style appropriate for the specific funding source.
Take primary responsibility for developing and submitting grant proposals-from small and simple to large and complex-under deadline pressure in response to public and private RFP, NOFA, and other RFX documents to support ongoing operations of human services programs, housing development, and capital projects that fulfill the Agency's greatest needs as determined by the Senior Leadership Team.
