Who You Are** **Required Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree in geology, hydrology, or environmental, civil, or chemical engineering, or a related field + At least 12 years of post-education environmental consulting experience + Demonstrated success in the development and management of clients + Proven leadership skills and experience in managing complex projects and teams + Experience managing the overall delivery of projects, including project planning and controls, financial management, change management, risk management, and contract/subcontract management + Detailed understanding of soil and groundwater remediation regulations + Detailed understanding of Washington and Oregon regulations + Experience with multi-disciplinary project teams + Ability and willingness to travel within region and occasionally outside region + Valid U.S. driver's license and a satisfactory driving record for business travel **Preferred Qualifications** + Advanced degree in the same fields + Washington, Oregon, and/or Idaho professional registration (e.g., P.E., P.G.), or ability and willingness to obtain + Current OSHA 40-hr HAZWOPER training and refreshers\#LI-JB3 **About WSP** WSP USA is the U.S. operating company of WSP, one of the world's leading engineering and professional services firms.
