p>Operations Overview: This role is a blend of hands-on technical assembly, applications support, and lab operations:
Advanced Board Work: Perform surface-mount soldering related to the assembly, repair, and rework of printed circuit boards (PCBs) populated with surface mount components (including fine pitch components like CSP, BGA, QFN, 0402, 0201, 01005).
Specialized Tools: Familiarity with schematics capture tools (such as PADS), CAD software, 3D printers, or other specialized lab equipment (e.g., logic analyzers, in-circuit emulators).
