As a Senior Contract Administrator, you will serve as the primary facilitator and initial reviewer for contracts, both small and large scale, helping ensure agreements are complete, compliant, and aligned with CCSWW policies, grant requirements, and operational needs before escalation to Legal, Finance, IT and HR for final review. For over a century, Catholic Community Services of Western Washington (CCSWW) has provided services for youth, immigrants, older adults, and people experiencing homelessness throughout western Washington state.

As a people leader on the Analytics and Operations (A&O) Team within Microsofts Corporate, External, and Legal Affairs (CELA), you will build and guide the team that powers the operations behind Employment and Immigration Law (E+I Law), partnering with attorneys, paralegals, and immigration specialists across U.S. Immigration, U.S. Employment Law, Global Employment, and Employment Policy and Compliance to support Microsofts global workforce. Masters Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 8+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR Bachelors Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 12+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience.
