The EMS education specialist will also prepare, replace and clean equipment; encourage, mentor and manage students and assistant instructors in a professional manner; and instruct students in didactic and practical education according to course and/or Regions Hospital EMS guidelines. The education specialist develops ongoing video based education content to be recorded by instructors, clinical supervisors and physicians; recruit, schedule and coordinate subject matter expert presentations and content sharing.
