Build and develop a strong team by interviewing & hiring new team members, training, scheduling, coaching, offering timely feedback on performanceManages team performance by providing feedback, coaching, delegation and direction and executing all progressive disciplinary actions per company policy, including terminations and annual reviewsLead a team of Car Wash associates in a fair, consistent, impartial and timely manner, supporting and enforcing all State & Federal laws along with Company policies and proceduresAchieve operational excellence, develop performance goals aligned with the Company's Operational objectives, hit financial goals (Sales/expenses to budget, net profit) Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the car wash by performing and delegating the cleaning of facility, equipment room, exterior grounds and vacuum area and ensures everything is kept in the appropriate place and organized Ensures all equipment (Payment stations, wash equipment, power washer, vacuums) are kept operational.
