High school diploma or equivalent required 12 core ECE units required, including 3 units related to infant care Minimum 6 months experience working with children in a licensed childcare or early learning setting Experience with infants, toddlers, or in inclusive settings preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with young children Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively as part of a team Willingness to learn and implement inclusive strategies and classroom supports. • Child Care & Classroom Support Assist with the direct care and supervision of children in infant, toddler, and/or preschool classrooms Support children's physical, social-emotional, communication, and developmental needs Assist lead teachers with implementing daily activities and routines Ensure all children are under direct supervision at all times.
