This position manages a variety of independent leadership functions and drives the effective, strategic coordination of Valley Build’s regional partnership network (including Building Trades Councils, Joint Apprenticeship Training Committees, partnering Workforce Development Boards, community-based organizations, tribal partners, and employers) to ensure consistent program delivery across all participating counties.
