Fedale Roofing and SidingProject ManagerDEPhysical demands: The ability to walk around an office, warehouse, or neighborhood, climb and descend stairs, work in a seated position at a desk for hours at a time, stand at a trade/home show for hours at a time, drive to and from offsite meetings, operate computers and phones, open file cabinets, bend/stand as necessary, transport, set up, and use an extension ladder, safely climb on, navigate around, and descend from residential and commercial roofs, and occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Collect any additional materials needed, updated plywood count and confirm all additional work needed is approved in writing in DF and communicated to the customer and Sr Project Manager in writing prior to starting additional work.
