Assists the account executives in establishing and developing new business contacts, establishing, and refining market analyses, maintaining current relationships.
p>The Afterhours Care Manager RN is responsible for assessing and coordinating patient and family needs during after-hours shifts and maintaining primary clinical oversight for assigned patients. Provide direct in-person patient care during on-call, weekend, and after-hours shifts, including assessments, admissions, routine visits, death visits, and live discharges.
ul>Provides direct and indirect managerial oversight to branch operational employees to include, as applicable: Production Supervisors, Shop/ Yard Labor, Field Service, Dispatchers/ Transportation Coordinators, Drivers, Branch Coordinator. The Branch Operations Manager has responsibility and accountability for driving Safety, controlling costs, managing the branch operations workforce, and efficiently managing the inventory.

The RN Case Manager provides day-to-day patient care, manages treatment, administers medications, maintains patient records and directs other members of the patient care team to meet the changing needs of the hospice patient, with a focus on providing comfort and enhanced quality of life. The Registered Nurse Case Manager (RNCM) is experienced in nursing, and leads each patient's hospice care team, helping to create and manage their specific Plan of Care in collaboration with the Hospice Medical Director, patient, family and/or facility staff.
