Partnering closely with the assigned Project Manager, the Site Manager drives safe, high-quality installation execution and monitors schedule progress at the job site—ensuring work is performed to plan, issues are surfaced early, and changes are controlled. The Site Manager ensures installation drawing version control, supports change order development, and maintains daily field coordination with Thermo Systems Engineering and internal/external field resources.
