Additional duties may include but are not limited to : assisting with data entry, scanning and filing paperwork, collaborating with team members to streamline document workflows, and organizing documentation for audit preparation. The Seasonal Office Documentation Specialist is responsible for supporting daily office operations by organizing and maintaining accurate filing of documentation.
li>Other skills include the ability to analyze, act and design action plans upon monthly and quarterly reports related to individual providers, facilities, MS-DRGs, APR, PSIs, severity of illness and risk of mortality, capture rates, quality metrics and can effectively prioritize their work activities.
Possibility of extension High School diploma 5 years AA Degree, 3 + years of experience bachelor’s degree, final batch review 1+ year of experience Experience; CAPA, Batch review, technical writing, knowing how use documentation systems, locate errors and change action requirements. Documenting systems or similar for tech writer • Pharma/ bio tech is required Manufacturing GDP experience Deviations Must be detail oriented and able to work quickly with a high degree of accuracy.
