Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Current credential: RHIT, RHIA, CCS, or CPC Minimum of 3 years of experience in inpatient, outpatient, or physician coding Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to exercise independent judgment in investigation and document preparation.
