Primary responsibilities are to support the establishment and maintenance of the IPT operations to execute the management of cost, schedule, and technical performance and includes, but is not limited to: ⢠Develop and execute sustainment strategies for system longevity ⢠Develop the longāterm vision for technical scope that captures system lifecycle and upgrade paths ⢠Influencing product requirements and technical designs for supportability ⢠Assisting the government customer in refining their product support requirements ⢠Planning for the deployment and sustainment of the Sentinel weapon system ⢠Lead a crossāfunctional IPT to deliver training and productāsupport outcomes onātime and onābudget ⢠Manage technical, cost, and schedule performance using Earned Value Management (EVM) ⢠Identify, mitigate, and capitalize on risks & opportunities ⢠Define, track, and close program requirements through strong technical leadership ⢠Create and maintain master plans & integrated schedules ⢠Partner with suppliers to meet program objectives and nurture strategic relationships ⢠Present to customers, senior execs, and stakeholders ⢠Formulate and implement growth strategies.

⢠Direct experience developing product support and training solutions ⢠Proven record of leading teams to a unified goal ⢠Air Force Sustainment background ⢠ICBM experience ⢠Experience leading a Product Support team ⢠Strong supplier management expertise ⢠Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to influence at all levels ⢠Demonstrated ability to thrive in a collaborative, teamāoriented environment.
