Primary responsibilities are to support the establishment and maintenance of the IPT operations to execute the management of cost, schedule, and technical performance and includes, but is not limited to: • Develop and execute sustainment strategies for system longevity • Develop the long‑term vision for technical scope that captures system lifecycle and upgrade paths • Influencing product requirements and technical designs for supportability • Assisting the government customer in refining their product support requirements • Planning for the deployment and sustainment of the Sentinel weapon system • Lead a cross‑functional IPT to deliver training and product‑support outcomes on‑time and on‑budget • Manage technical, cost, and schedule performance using Earned Value Management (EVM) • Identify, mitigate, and capitalize on risks & opportunities • Define, track, and close program requirements through strong technical leadership • Create and maintain master plans & integrated schedules • Partner with suppliers to meet program objectives and nurture strategic relationships • Present to customers, senior execs, and stakeholders • Formulate and implement growth strategies.

• Direct experience developing product support and training solutions • Proven record of leading teams to a unified goal • Air Force Sustainment background • ICBM experience • Experience leading a Product Support team • Strong supplier management expertise • Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to influence at all levels • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a collaborative, team‑oriented environment.
