The Director will help translate Covista's HR initiatives into practical, measurable actions across the business, including Organizational Health Index (OHI) action planning, Connected Performance, total rewards partnership, talent planning, culture-building, HR service model alignment, and adoption of AI-enabled and technology-driven process improvements.
