Serve as a faculty member teaching eighteen to twenty-one hours per academic year, including undergraduate and graduate courses in the candidateās area of specialization; Provide administrative leadership as the Director of Certificate in Ministry, including the oversight of recruitment, advising, course scheduling, and curriculum development; Build relationships with local churches and associations to improve the admissions funnel for the Certificate program; Maintain active engagement in the field through ongoing research, scholarship, and, where appropriate, publication; Participate in institutional life, including recruitment initiatives, college and seminary events, and service to local churches and the broader community; Additional duties as assigned. Earned doctorate (PhD, ThD, or DMin) in Christian Ministry, Biblical Studies, Theology, or a related field (ABD candidates near completion may be considered); Demonstrated excellence in teaching at the undergraduate level; ability to teach effectively in both classroom and online modalities; Ten years of experience vocational ministry; Demonstrated capacity for ongoing research and scholarship appropriate to the institutionās mission; Excellent verbal and written communication; Computer literacyāApple OS, SiS Database, and Google Applications; Bilingual preferred.
