What qualifications you will need:Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, or related field, requiredMaster's Degree, preferred 3 years experience in a position dedicated to either Patient Safety, Risk, or Qualityclinical education experience responsible for the development, implementation and delivery of clinincal education programs, required 3 years bedside nursing experience in acute care setting, preferred Previous management experience, preferred RN with current Florida licensure Required (or) Recognized Compact Licensure (Subject to FL State Licensing Requirements, including/not limited to ongoing eligibility & Duration provisions), requiredCertification in Patient Safety (CPPS), required If not already CPPS, must complete the following: CPPS Examination must be taken within 90 days of hire CPPS Certification must be achieved within 12 months from date of hire.
