Risk management & governance: Participates in defining the risk appetite for TSS and aligns with 2nd LoD stakeholders; ensure risks are assessed and managed in accordance with DB’s risk management frameworks; actively oversees internal and external audit/compliance issues and drives risk remediation, as well as customer complaints for TSS in the Santa Ana office.
