Develops and maintains positive working relationships with external customers, agencies, contractors and industry partners Participates in industry related associations and trade groups that benefit the work practices, knowledge and/or business network of TEU Contributes to the development and implementation of TEU's plans for future growth while continually striving to improve processes and practices Leadership & Collaboration Service as a strategic partner to business unit leaders across TEU and others within the Teichert family of companies to align operational priorities with business objectives Coach, mentor, and support leaders and teams on continuous improvement methodologies and change management Facilitate collaboration across business units, ensuring best practices are shared and adopted consistently Represent the organization professionally with external partners, vendors, and regional stakeholders to support operational growth, expansion, and reputation. Focus & Scope Essential duties and responsibilities, i.e. those which are basic, necessary, and an integral part of the job, are indicated below: Operational Leadership & Project Execution Provide strategic oversight in the planning, direction of construction and field operations for assigned TEU markets and projects; Renewables, Pipelines, Utilities, etc.
