A respected healthcare organization in Midtown Manhattan is seeking an experienced Wellness QA Nurse Manager (RN) to lead quality improvement initiatives, support provider collaboration, and drive better patient outcomes across diverse populations.

This is an excellent opportunity for a strong clinical leader who understands HEDIS, quality metrics, population health, and team mentorship — while remaining hands-on in improving care delivery.

Responsibilities Include:
Leading quality improvement and corrective action initiatives using HEDIS measures
Reviewing charts, audits, and population health data to identify trends and gaps in care
Collaborating with providers and leadership on quality-of-care initiatives
Managing and supporting Wellness RNs and Health Educators
Monitoring chronic and behavioral health gaps in care and ensuring follow-through
Developing strategies to improve clinical performance and patient outcomes
Supporting patient education initiatives using motivational interviewing techniques

Qualifications:
Active NYS RN License required (BSN preferred)
3+ years of Quality Improvement experience required
2+ years of leadership or management experience required
Experience with HEDIS and NCQA standards required
Background in ambulatory care, community health, or med-surg preferred
Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
Bilingual Spanish preferred
Comfortable collaborating across interdisciplinary teams
