This includes developing a budget for annual travel, seeking bids per university policy to develop cost estimates and securing travel accommodations (lodging, meals, transportation, equipment, etc.), They will also work directly with the coaching staff to arrange recruiting travel accommodations, assist in organization and implementing all game and practice scheduling for the women's program and assist in developing team competition schedules, including completion of game contracts and adhere to budget parameters and finance policies and procedures, including submission of paperwork/documentation in a timely fashion.
