At least 1 year of experience in medical education and/or as a clinical preceptor or completion of a chief resident year in internal medicine Passion for teaching and learning and interest in curriculum and program development and/or learner assessment and evaluation Evidence of fostering relationships in complex systems, building collaborations, and teams, innovative problem-solving, strategic vision-setting, and transformational leadership in academic medicine Desire to assist in building, leading, and executing improvement initiatives within academic medicine Model to students and peers, inclusive teaching, and delivery of specific, timely, and actionable feedback Insights on learning theory, clinical psychology, the role of learner wellness, and how it affects learning and executive functioning Experience with MedHub student evaluation system.
