This position is responsible for assisting with major project setup activities, including staffing coordination, internal project setup, budget development, financial forecasting, accident prevention planning, project quality planning, subcontract formation, and other preconstruction deliverables required to transition projects into successful execution. The Preconstruction Director works closely with regional operations, project management, safety, quality, finance, contracts, procurement, and corporate leadership to ensure new projects are properly planned, staffed, budgeted, documented, and positioned for successful execution.
