Under the general supervision of the Chief Financial Officer and the Chief Strategy & Planning Officer, the Director of Financial Analysis will conduct advanced financial analysis, including modeling, forecasting, and reporting of various healthcare service lines that supports Central Health’s data-driven strategic plans. -Maintain knowledge of applicable rules, regulations, policies, laws, and guidelines that impact health care finance and accounting (e.g., eligibility, Federally Qualified Health Center Prospective Payment System reimbursement, 340B, and Medicaid supplemental funding programs) and develop associated policy and reimbursement forecasting, economic models, and cost-benefit analyses.
