Lead all aspects of the revenue cycle, including financial intake, eligibility verification, authorizations, private pay billing, Medicaid waiver and managed care billing, Medicare billing where applicable, charge capture, accounts receivable follow-up, denials management, appeals, collections, cash posting, reconciliation, and resident or participant account resolution. In partnership with Operations, Clinical, Finance, Compliance, and other cross-functional leaders, you will help strengthen financial performance, reduce revenue leakage, improve processes, and support a seamless financial experience for residents, participants, and families.
