10+ years of construction experience with retail or grocery projects ā¢ 5+ years in a senior leadership or director-level role ā¢ Proven experience delivering multiple projects simultaneously across markets ā¢ Strong knowledge of grocery-specific requirements (MEP, refrigeration, food safety, health codes) ā¢ Demonstrated success managing large capital budgets ā¢ Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. ā¢ Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing construction team ā¢ Ensure proper workload balance, staffing levels, and succession planning ā¢ Define clear roles, responsibilities, and accountability across the team ā¢ Partner closely with Real Estate, Design, Facilities, Store Operations, and Finance.
