Own and evolve shared services that support the enterprise Marketing and Communications organization, ensuring these teams deliver high-quality, on-brand work with speed and consistency, and serve as strong partners to stakeholders—aligned to CCC’s growth and reputation goals including: Creative services (design, motion, video). This role owns the shared services that power brand, creative, events, and digital marketing, and establishes the operating rhythm, team norms, and management systems that allow the organization to scale with clarity, consistency, and impact.
