Benefits Management: Continually evaluates the competitiveness and effectiveness of Road Scholar's benefit programs, practices and procedures, including but not limited to health & welfare programs, retirement plans, time off programs, and other perquisites, in relation to Road Scholar's strategic objectives; and, in terms of perceived benefit to employees, cost, legislative requirements, organizational culture, and the retention and recruitment of talent. Under the direction of the Vice President, Human Resources, the Senior Director, Compensation and Benefits provides leadership, strategy, and vision related to the design, development, and implementation of improvements to Road Scholar's various compensation and benefit programs.
