D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for a BTR-Marketing Manager. The right candidate is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing plan for D.R. Horton's Build-to-Rent (BTR) operations. This role will focus on design and implementation of impactful marketing strategies that resonate with prospective buyers, drive revenue growth, and elevate brand awareness.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Develop, execute, and refine a strategic marketing plan aligned with company goals for rental communities
Drive engagement and brand awareness with our BTR Marketplace through a reliable, easy-to-use platform that creates superior experiences for BTR investors
Facilitate visibility of investment opportunities with efficient presentation and follow-up
Review marketing materials and coordinate property information packages prepared according to company guidelines and branding standards
Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, operational efficiencies, workflow management, content enhancement, and reporting
Collaborate with internal and external teams to integrate digital marketing, communications (CRM), market knowledge, and research into successful rental community transactions
Maintain and evolve branding standards, templates, and best practices for business development and marketing materials
Work with business leaders to draft engaging visual, narrative, community-specific content
Analyze performance and manage expenses to optimize ongoing marketing efforts
Support client engagement initiatives that strengthen business relationships.
Maintain library of marketing collateral
Guide the team on sales enhancement efforts
Support Multifamily marketing efforts nationally as opportunities arise and as directed
Conducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company
Ability to travel overnight
Supervisory Responsibilities
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Advertising, or related field required
Minimum of 5 years of marketing and/or business development experience
Demonstrate a desire to work independently and with various departments within the company
High energy level, creativity, and ability to critically evaluate results
Proven ability to innovate and implement through current and emerging technologies
Ability to work under pressure and maintain professional demeanor
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work successfully in a service-oriented environment with several stakeholders
Organizational and time management skills
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral form or via DRH applications
Proficiency with MS Office and email
Ability to sit for majority of 8-hour workday; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and peripheral vision
