p>Major Job Responsibilities: - Personal cares: conduct meal preparation, provide personal cares such as bathing/hygiene activities, assist with routine schedules (sleep time, getting ready for work/appointments); increase clients' quality of life through recreational activities, community outings, leisure activities, reading to clients, playing games, etc.
- Provide client behavior assistance, support & behavior modification according to the directives in the Client Treatment Plans, developing and maintaining a therapeutic and skill building relationship with clients; respond to challenging client behaviors with the knowledge obtained from Nursing staff, Supervisory staff, Case Managers, and by increased self-learning by identifying the incremental steps to behavior change.
