Considerable knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Google Apps; Knowledge of endpoint management platforms (i.e., Microsoft Configuration Manager); Knowledge and experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPOs, and other infrastructure roles; Knowledge of Microsoft Windows desktop and server operating systems in enterprise environments; Excellent customer service skills; Strong scripting abilities (i.e., PowerShell); Proven ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues in various environments; Ability to effectively function within a team environment and to work independently; Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both in oral and written form using a variety of communication techniques and tools to ensure the appropriate flow of information, collaborative efforts, and feedback; Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with school system staff, external agencies, attorneys, parents, and the public. Experience with endpoint management platforms (i.e., Microsoft Configuration Manager, Intune); Experience with software and application deployment; Working knowledge of scripting languages and automation tools (i.e., PowerShell); Experience administering Windows Active Directory environments, including group policy, user, and security administration; Knowledge of enterprise domain environments and identity management systems; Experience with endpoint protection and security management tools (i.e., Microsoft Defender); Experience with Microsoft cloud services and device management platforms (i.e., Azure, Intune).
