Previous footwear design experience required • Ability to apply and perform design skills such as drawing/sketching, ideation, color theory, use of texture, spacing and scale, visual presentation development and layout • Knowledge of form, color, materials, human factors, related to elevating the consumer experience • Ability to translate consumer knowledge and insights into product solutions and narratives • Experience in technical performance footwear design (cleated is a plus) • Strong Photoshop, Illustrator skills • Must be able to build accurate 2D technical drawings (tech packs) • Cobbling and prototyping skills are a must • 3D design experience is a plus • Vizcom AI experience is a plus • Solid knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials • Must be able to generate a broad range of concepts and solutions for each project • Knowledge and experience with sustainable design and manufacturing are a plus • Experienced with presentation programs: Keynote, Acrobat, etc. As a Senior Designer in Field Sports Footwear, you will be working together with a project team of different professionals (engineering, product management, marketing, merchandising, testing, product development, costing) and collaborating within the design community (industrial designers, materials, color, graphics, 3D and computational design).
