Qualifications** **Education** + Bachelor's Degree Required: or equivalent knowledge and skills obtained through a combination of education, training, and experience and + Master's Degree Preferred: or equivalent knowledge and skills obtained through a combination of education, training, and experience **Experience** + Minimum of 7 years Required: experience in design and construction project management and + Required: Extensive experience in managing $20M+ projects and + Required: Experience in healthcare project management and + Required: Advanced understanding of MEP (mechanical electrical plumbing), construction methods, contracting, building regulations, and construction codes **Credentials** + Preferred: AIA, LEED, PMP, CCM, CHC (Certified Healthcare Construction) or other related accreditations **Skills** + Mastery of Project management methodologies, budgeting, estimating, scheduling, and reporting tools (Required) + Strong financial acumen and budget management skills (Required) + Proficient in MSOffice applications, specifically MS Project and Excel (Required) + Diligent and detail oriented. Additional responsibilities include leading design user groups, managing construction and closeout activities, overseeing contracting strategies, and serving as a mentor and trainer to other Project Managers to ensure consistency and excellence in project delivery.
